The Zunga brand was born out of the "Portunhol" spoken and written by my Mexican and Latin American hermanos when they asked me about the Brazilian sungas (swim briefs), I was selling from my apartment in Mexico City’s most LGBTQIANP+ neighborhood: Colonia Condesa.
