Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Mexico.

What you need to know

• Standard shipping. MX$100 to any destination in Mexico. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.
• Free shipping. On orders of MX$1,000 or more, shipping is on us. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
• Dispatch. Orders are prepared and dispatched the next business day after payment is confirmed.
• OXXO payments. OXXO payments can take 1 to 3 business days to clear. Your delivery window begins once payment is verified, not when the order is placed.
• Business days. Monday to Friday, excluding official Mexican public holidays.
• Tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
