If it still doesn't fit
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping — we'll email you a prepaid FedEx label, just pack the item and drop it at any FedEx location within 7 days of receiving the label. Once we receive it we'll send your replacement size, or issue store credit if that size isn't available.

One thing to know
Each sunga ships with a hang tag and an interior hygiene liner. Both must be intact to process a swap. Try it on over underwear before removing either — no exchanges or returns will be accepted if either seal has been removed or altered.
